Prayers & Pilates was created as a soft, welcoming space where women can gather — with one another and with the Lord — exactly as they are. Wherever you are on your faith journey, you belong here. No expectations. No pressure. Just grace.
Each gathering is a beautiful rhythm of movement and stillness: a gentle, grounding Pilates flow led by the wonderful Demi, followed by moments of prayer, reflection, and heartfelt connection. The atmosphere is thoughtfully elevated by Avalon’s curated décor and meaningful touches, creating a space that feels peaceful, intentional, and lovingly prepared.
This is more than a class — it is a sisterhood.
